Return Policy

We do everything possible to ensure your item(s) arrive in the best condition possible; however, shipping, handling and even manufacturing oddities can be difficult to anticipate. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy for all orders. All return claims must be filed no later than 30 days from the date of package delivery and are subject to inspection and verification when received.

A free shipping label will be provided for any damaged or faulty goods.

 You may return any new unopened, unused or unwanted items within 30 days. The packaging must be in the same condition as when originally received. When choosing to return an item yourself, using a service of your choice, you are solely responsible for the cost charged by the chosen service. Frogman’s Finds will not reimburse you for any costs or fees incurred and is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages returned by you, the customer.

Any opened items, items that are removed from their original packaging, items having visible indications that the packaging was opened or opened cases that are no longer factory sealed are not eligible for return.

Shipping

$5 Flat Rate Shipping is now available on all orders shipping to street addresses within the contiguous United States and sent out from Los Angeles, CA. There is no minimum purchase, product restrictions, or cap. Shipping will be done through USPS unless otherwise stated. All items will be packed and shipped with utmost care!
